ROCK BOTTOM PRICES PERMITS YOU, AS A VALUED MEMBER, TO ACCESS AND USE THIS WEBSITE.  HOWEVER, TO DO SO YOU MUST COMPLY WITH THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE WEBSITE TERMS AND APPLICABLE LAW.

Membership Pricing

All membership and pricing benefits are found on our website www.rockbottomprices.com.  The website includes discount prices on all eligible items, low handling charges, and discounted or free shipping.  Special price information is available.  Members can purchase unlimited quantities.

Membership Conditions

  1. Rock Bottom Prices memberships are available to all qualifying companies and/or individuals 18 years of age or older.
  2. We reserve the right to refuse membership.
  3. Membership is revocable at any time without cause at our sole discretion.
  4. You may add up to 2 household family members to your club membership.
  5. Membership is not transferable.

Membership Cancellation Policy

You have the right to cancel your RockBottomClub Membership at any time. No refunds will be available (unless we terminate the RockBottomClub Membership Program) see Program Termination section below). You can cancel your RockBottomClub Membership by (i) calling us at 1-800-205-1727 or contacting us via e-mail at rbc@rockbottomprices.com

Termination of Membership

We may terminate any or all of the benefits available to you or all Members under the RockbottomClub Membership Program at any time with or without notice. In the event of our termination of this program or your RockbottomClub Membership, at our election we will either maintain your RockbottomClub Membership benefits until expiration of the Member's current membership term or refund each member a pro-rata portion of the membership fee for the remaining portion of your current RockbottomClub Membership term.

Disclaimer

Use of Rock Bottom Prices membership is at your sole risk.  The membership benefits are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.  Rock Bottom Prices and any of its affiliates, directors, officers and agents expressly disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. 

Lowest Price Guarantee

Rock Bottom Prices guarantees that our prices are the lowest you'll find anywhere online. If you happen to find a better online price out there, and meet our qualifications, we'll pay you the difference. The product must be the exact same make, model, and color you purchased at Rockbottomprices.com. It does not apply to merchants offering special promotions such as free shipping, sale prices and rebates. Claims must be made within 7 days from purchase date. The merchant offering the lower price must have the product currently in stock.

Arbitration

Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the Rock Bottom Prices Membership Program shall be settled by Arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules.

Changes to this Agreement

Rock Bottom Prices may change this Agreement at any time by notifying members of such change in writing.  Any change shall take effect 30 days from the date of notice.
