Refund Policy

You may initiate the return within 20 days from the ship date making positive that the item being returned is in its original condition in all respects and is properly packaged.  We must receive your item within 30 days of the date it was originally shipped to you.  We require 2 business days from receipt of the item to process your refund.

Returns should be sent back by a traceable carrier.  The customer must pay all costs related to return shipping.  After receiving and inspecting the returned merchandise, we will reimburse your credit card for the purchase price of the item, less the original shipping fee and less a restocking fee of $4.95 per-item OR 15% (instead of the $4.95 per-item fee) if the item is from our Bulk Buys and Business Supplies or the Electronic and Computer categories.  A restocking fee of up to 25% will apply to most Oversized Items.

For refunds on purchases made with a credit card, we will issue a credit to the same credit card used to make the purchase.  If you paid using PayPal, the refund will be applied to your rockbottomprices.com account as an in-store credit.

If you do notice any damage or defects, you must note them on the shipping receipt and refuse delivery of the item purchased.  If this does occur, please notify rockbottomprices.com immediately so we can quickly resolve the issue for you.

Items that are NOT RETURNABLE include:

• Swimming suits, undergarments, body jewelry, software, factory-sealed sports collectible sets, cigars, wines, and perishable products.
• Items purchased from our Travel Category (coming soon).
